Jew Sentenced to Death in Palestine for Killing Bank Employee in Hold Up

The death sentence was imposed here yesterday by the Criminal Court upon Joshua Becker, twenty-two year old Tel Aviv Jew, found guilty of shooting and killing Natan Federman, a Jewish employee in Ellern’s Bank in Tel Aviv, during a hold-up of the institution on Jan. 9. Reuben Nissim, another participant in the holdup, was sentenced to 14 years imprisonment.
