A decree broadcast today by the Prague radio orders the dismissal by August 1, of all civil servants who are of partly Jewish origin or who are married to Jewish women. Special dispensation may be given to persons in this category provided they were already employed as of August 1, 1914, or fought in World War I on the side of Austria-Hungary or their allies.
