It is exactly a month today since the New York Yiddish newspapers, which had a total daily circulation here of 1,500 copies, stopped arriving, apparently for reasons of censorship.
Jewish readers here today sent inquiries to the New York offices of the Yiddish newspapers asking for an investigation of why Jewish newspapers no longer reach here at a time when other American newspapers continue to arrive regularly.
