Young Israel branches throughout the country will begin a membership drive in their synagogues tomorrow morning, it was announced today by J. David Delman, president of the National Council of Young Israel. The drive will end September 12, when the Rosh Hashonah holidays begin. The quota for the metropolitan area is one thousand members.
