Jews in Rumania Threatened with Expulsion for “obstructing” Rumanization of Property

The Rumanian Government today announced over the Bucharest radio that all Jews in Rumania who are “obstructing” the transfer of their property to Rumanians will be deported at once to Transnistria, the Rumanian-occupied part of the Ukraine, for hard labor.

The would-be purchasers of Jewish property may inspect it any day, at any hour of the day Jewish tenants and owners must be guided by this regulation, the Jews are warned in the announcement.
