The Jewish community of Lwow, capital of Nazi-occupied Eastern Galicia, has received an order from the Gestapo to deliver 5,000 praying shawls made of wool. The shawls, it is believed here, will be used for the production of some form of clothing for the German soldiers on the Russian front for the forthcoming winter.

The Goniec Krakowski, Nazi-controlled Cracow newspaper, reaching here today, reports that the mayor of Cracow informed Polish tradesmen that their licenses will be revoked should they be caught making any sales to Jews.
