The second anniversary of the greatest single bombing catastrophe in the Jewish section of London’s East End, when about 400 Jewish men, women and children lost their lives was observed here today. A few survivors placed flowers on the crater of the five-story building demolished by a Nazi bomb which hit the basement where the Jews from the neighborhood were sheltered.
