President Roosevelt has prepared practical plans for the rescue of refugees from Europe and they will be submitted to the forthcoming Anglo-American conference on refugees in Bermuda, it was learned today.
The President outlined his plans in confidence to recent callers, who reported they found him amazingly well informed on the refugee problem. He is expected soon to announce the date of the Bermuda conference and the personnel of the American delegation.
