All the Jews in Holland – with the exception of those residing in the Amsterdam ghetto – have been ordered sent to the concentration camp which the Nazis established last month in Vught, southern Holland. The deportations to the Vught camp will begin on Friday, according to a report reaching here today.
A Nazi paper received here today from Amsterdam reports that an entire Jewish family has been deported to slave labor in Germany because the mother of the family purchased a pound of butter during hours when Jews are forbidden to shop.
