Leon J. Obermayer, Philadelphia attorney, educator and civic leader, has been appointed chairman of the National B’nai B’rith Vocational Service Committee, which supervises local programs of group vocational guidance for Jewish youth and adults, it was announced here today by Henry Monsky, president of B’nai B’rith.
