The Polish Government organ “Dziennik Polski” reports that several thousand Jewish deportees from France are now working as slave laborers in the German mines in Silesia.

At least 100 of them die daily, the report adds, due to the appalling conditions under which they live. A similar situation exists at the coal mines in the Katovice district where the Jews deported from Holland have been placed at forced labor.
