Boston Firm Cleared by Court of Charge of Printing Anti-semitic Literature

The case against the Rapid Service Press, which was charged with violating the Massachusetts race libel law by printing anti-Semitic literature, has been dismissed in Municipal Court here by Judge Bracket. The judge stated that the prosecution had failed to prove “cause for action.” Under the race libel law, it is necessary to prove premeditation.
