The new Palestine partition scheme provides for dominion status within the British Empire for a Jewish state, it is reported here today by the diplomatic correspondent of the Reynolds News. He says that a draft of this plan has already been submitted to Jewish and Arab leaders.

The article, the first to appear in the British press concerning a possible new partition project for Palestine, confirms earlier reports that the Jewish state, would include a large part of Palestine, including the southern section of the country, and a part of Transjordan.
