Magr. Barnard W. Griffin, Archbishop of Westminster, and Catholic primate of Britain, has joined the council of Christians and Jews, it was reported here today at a meeting of the council of the Anglo-Jewish Association by the Rev. Henry Carter. chairman of the christian Council for Refugees.
