The Jewish Publication Society of America today announced that it has received a special donation of $10,000 from the Book-of-the-Month Club, of New York City, as a memorial to the late Katharine Harris Scherman, the mother of Harry Scherman, founder of the Club and its president.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
