Funeral services were held today for Irwin speiser, leading member of the staff of the National Refugee Service, who died yesterday at the Beth Israel hospital after a brief illness. Mr. Speiser was on the staff of the Joint Distribution Committee for many years. Only recently he was named treasurer of the newly organized Central Location Index.
