Three-hundred and forty-seven Bukharian Jews arrived here today after a two-year voyage, necessitated by Iraq’s refusal to grant them transit visas. The group travelled by sea by way of India.
Forty exchanged Jewish war prisoners from Palestine also arrived here today. They left Germany two months ago. They are the fourth group of Palestinians to be repatriated.
