Delegation of French-jewish Leaders Arrives Here; First from Liberated France

The four-member delegation from France, the first from a liberated country of Europe, which was to have arrived in time to attend the War Emergency Conference of the World Jewish Congress in Atlantic City last week, arrived in New York this morning.

They are, Guy Alphonse de Rothschild, Leon Meiss, president of the Central Jewish Consistory of France; Jacob Kaplan, acting Chief Rabbi of France; and Joseph Fischer, secretary of the Representative Council of French Jewry.
