The Nuime(##) minister of Justic, today issued a (##) under which those responsible for the establishment of ghettos or for the departation of Jews will no longer be considered war criminals, but will be placed in the category of “persons responsible for the disaster of the country.” Persons in the letter category are receiving milrier cunishment than these classified as (##) criminals.

Special services were held in the Sucherest Symgogue to mark the return of (##)lvania to gumania.
