Arab circles here today denied the announcement by the Institute of Arab American Affaire in New York that Hussein Khalidi, one-time mayor of Jerusalem and leader of the Palestine Arab Reform Party, would head an Arab propaganda bureau in Washington, They informed the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that Thalidi was not planning to leave Palestine.
