The Egyptian press carries cables from Arab correspondents in San Francisco asserting that delegates at the UNCIO have indicated great interest in the League of Arab Nations. “The French here are vigilast, the Russians follow questions regarding the Arab League with attention, while the Latin American delegates want to know whether we shall form a bloc similar to the Pan-American bloc,” one of the correspondents, Fikry Abaza Bey, writes, summarizing the attitude in San Francisco toward the Arab League.
