The War Refugee Board, which was formed by President Roosevelt to rescue refugees from behind the German lines during the European war, expects completion of its work by August 30, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learned today. The board, headed by Brigadier General William O’Dwyer, is now engaged in riding up all its operations.
