The Arab League was held directly responsible for the rioting which occurred in Cairo, Alexandria and other cities of Egypt in a statement issued today by the American Zionist Emergency Council.
“It is now abundantly clear that the outbreaks were not a spontaneous rising of the masses, but a deliberate program engineered, in the words of the Prime Minister of Egypt, Nokrashy Pasha, by ‘evil hands’,” the statement said.
