Lieut. Gen. Sir Alen Gordon Cunningham, new High Commissioner for Palestine, today received a Jewish delegation headed by David Ben Gurion, chairman of the executive committee of the Jewish Agency.
The delegation, which was called to Government House by Sir Alan, spent about an hour with the High Commissioner, but, at his request, refused to disclose the subject of their discussions. An Arab delegation will meet with Sir Alan later today for similar discussions.
