A group of immigration officials, headed by Ugo Carusi, U.S. Commissioner for Immigration and Naturalization, which will begin the processing of displaced persons to be admitted to the U.S. under President Truman’s recent order permitting 3,900 to enter monthly under existing immigration quotas, sailed today on the Queen Elizabeth.
