Judge Rifkind En Route to U.S. After Five Months in Germany As Adviser on Jewish Affairs

Judge Simon H. Rifkind, who has been in Germany since October as adviser on Jewish affairs to U.S. Army headquarters, left here today for the United States. Prior to leaving, he submitted recommendations concerning displaced Jews to Gen. Joseph T. McNarney, U.S. commander in the European Theatre.
