Ladislaus Endre and Ladislaus Baky, under whose direction several hundred thousand Hungarian Jews were either murdered or deported to death camps, were hanged here yesterday.
The two former ministers in the pro-Nazi Salazi cabinet were convicted by a Peoples Court in January of war crimes and anti-Jewish atrocities. During their trial police fought off an enraged mob which sought to lynch them.
