The Government and people of Argentina are opposed to anti-Semitism, Interior Minister Gen. Felipe Urdapilleta today told Leon Tubovitsky, secretary-general of the World Jewish Congress.

The Government will adhere to the Constitution, which promises equality to all citizens, Gen. Urdapilleta said. He promised that measures would be taken to curb anti-Jewish demonstrations by Peronists celebrating the election of their leader to the Presidency.
