The Arab League Council, meeting here to shape its policy towards the Anglo-American inquiry committee’s report, decided today to consult the British Government before submitting the Palestine issue to the United Nations Assembly. The council voted an expenditure of $8,000,000 of which $4,000,000 will be set aside for preservation of Arab land in Palestine and a further $4,000,000 will be used for other purposes.

It was revealed here today that at the recent conference of Arab rulers in Egypt the question of the establishment of joint Arab armies under British command was discussed. Under the proposed plan Egypt would furnish 41% of the Joint Arab forces.
