A call to the American people to organize and fight racial discrimination was voiced here yesterday by Mayor William O’Dwyer in a message delivered at a special showing of an Army film, “Don’t be a Sucker,” which is presently being shown to returning soldiers as part of an educational program designed to counteract “hate talk.” The film will be released throughout the country July 4.
