The first International Conference of Christians and Jews, which concluded here yesterday, went on record as being in favor of the return of displaced orphaned children to the religious community to which they originally belonged.

The conference reaffirmed the necessity of respecting all religious faiths and the freedom to practice, preach, and teach these beliefs. In a report dealing with justice, the conference stressed that special vigilance was necessary on an international scale for the protection of minorities and weaker peoples.
