Tools and machinery valued at more than $362,000 have been sent by the ORT to its schools and workshops throughout the world during the current year, according to a report received today by the organization’s offices here from the World ORT Union in Geneva. p/>The equipment includes hand tools, lathes, sewing and knitting machines, motors and other facilities. Not included in the total figure is equipment supplied to repatriated refugees returning to their home countries or funds expended in maintaining training projects.
