The Palestine “federalization” plan was today formally presented by Foreign Minister Ernest Bevin to the heads of the British Dominion Peace Conference delegations.
Bevin met with Prime Minister William Mackenzie King of Canada, Prime Minister Jan Christian Smuts of South Africa, Foreign Minister Herbert Eyatt of Australia and Justice Minister H.G.R. Mason of New Zealand and discussed the Palestine situation.
