Dr. J.J. Golub, director of the Hospital for Joint Diseases in New York and chairman of the Health Committee of the Joint Distribution Committee, has issued a call fror physicians, dentists, public health workers, nurses and psychiatrists to “join the battle for health in which the distressed Jews of Europe–first victims of Nazi torture and oppression–are now engaged.”

Nearly thirty persons are now on the medical staff of the J.D.C. in Europe, Dr. Golub pointed out, but more are needed. They work together with local health and medical organizations to create and develop public health services, sanitaria, clinics and hospitals throughout the continent.
