Fifty thousand Jewish youths in Europe will receive elementary education and technical training through the ORT under an agreement reached here this week-end between leaders of the ORT and the Youth Aliyah. The ORT will also train instructors for the children’s workshop in preparation for the youths’ emigration to Palestine.

Akiba Levinsky, European director of the Youth Aliyah, announced here that his organization has been cooperating in countries throughout Europe with ORT, and the cooperation has been mutually beneficial. The ORT will now establish, among others, special training schools for the Hechalutz training farms.
