More than 700 college students and veterans marched yesterday to the State Capitol in a demonstration supporting passage of the Austin-Mahoney anti-bias bill. A delegation of the marchers submitted to Gov. Thomas E. Dewey a petition signed by 12,000 persons urging enactment of the bill to bar discrimination in non-sectarian colleges in the state.
