The American demand for the incorporation of a five point bill of rights in the Austrian treaty, which was made public in Moscow yesterday with release of the draft of the U.S. proposals, was hailed today by Judge Joseph H. Pressesuer, president of the American Jewish Committee, in a cable to Secretary of States ## C. Marshall. The text of the cable follows.
“In behalf of the American Jewish Committee, I wish to command and congratulation and American delegation on the forthright declaration of civil rights in the American draft for a treaty with Australian.
