Oscar Ivanissevich, Argentine Ambassador at Washington, has assured the HIAS that his country’s immigration policy does not discriminate against applicants because of their race or religion, Dr. Henry Shoskes, the HIAS representative in Latin-Americs, revealed here today on the eve of his scheduled departure for Brazil.
