State Officials Report Bias Curbed Without Resort to Law

Several hundred cases of religious and racial discrimination in New York, New Jersey and Massachusatts were handled last year without resort to punitive measure provided by law, anti-discrimination officials of those states reported today.

At a forum of the New York Metropolian Council on Fair Employment ## held here in the offices of the Anti-Defenation ##, it was disclosed that discrimination against Jews was ## only to ##### three states.
