Memorial services for Henry Monsky, late chairman of the American Jewish Conference Interim Committee, and president of the B’nai B’rith, were held here by the B’nai B’rith and the Order of Shaar Zion.

Monsky was eulogized by Tel Aviv Chief Rabbi Yehuda Isser Unterman, and a message from Dr. Chaim Weizmann lauding his activities for the Jews of Palestine was read at the ceremony. It was also resolved to build a new B’nai B’rith building in this city and name it in Monsky’s honor.
