The recently concluded Anglo-French negotiations here on the immigration of displaced Jews to Palestine by way of French ports were without results, it was learned today. The French conferees informed the British representatives that only persons with valid passports and visas are admitted into France and allowed to depart from here. They added, however, that if Jews possessing Latin-American visas seek passage through France, they cannot be refused, even though it is suspected that their eventual destination is Palestine.
