Zionists in Colombia Hit Reports Refugees Planned to Settle There As British Maneuver

A joint statement by the Zionist Federation of Colombia and the Zionist-Revisionists appearing in the press yesterday blames “hypocritical British propaganda” for the “absurd report” that the Exodus passengers planned to emigrate to Colombia.

The statement says that the reports were an “immoral maneuver” by the British aimed at creating in Colombia and in other Latin-American countries hostility to the Jewish cause. Reviewing the Jews’ claim to Palestine, it concludes: “In this struggle the Jews can count on the sympathy and moral support of people like those of Colombia who gave their blood to establish their own country.”
