American Jewish Congress to Press Court Fight to Halt Bias in Housing Project

The American Jewish Congress will appeal a decision by New York State Supreme Court Justice Benvenga, dismissing a motion for a temperary injunction preventing the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company from practicing racial discrimination in its Stuyvesant Town housing development, Rabbi Irving Miller, chairman of the Congress executive committee, announced today.
