Some 2,300 former Austrian citizens who have become American nationals are entitled to claim property of which they were dispossessed by the Nazis, it was announced here during the week-end by U.S. Army headquarters in Austrian.
The Army has notified individually claimants who become eligible for restitution under the Austrian First Restitution Law which recently came into effect. As ## Second and Third Restitution Laws become effective, claimants who have notified ## Army of their status will be informed by mail.
