The hanging of two British soldiers in Palestine by the Irgun Zvai Leumi has been condemned by the Canadian Jewish Congress, in a statement issued here by Samuel Bronfman, president. “The deep tragedy which has engulfed the Holy Land has brought personal grief to Jews of Canada, who have repeatedly disaceiated themselves from the small group of terrorists whom they know to be enemies of the Jewish people,” the statement said.
