The first World Congress for Hebrew Education ended ## eight-day sessions today with a resolution that “Jewish education in the Diaspora would be both Zionist and traditional in character.” The delegates, representing educational institutions in many parts of the world, also decided to establish a world-wide organization for Hebrew education and set aside $25,000 for an initial budget.
