Prompt action by the police this week-end averted near riot as the widows of several hundred Jewish slave laborers demonstrated outside a prison courtyard here where Emil Meszaros, former official at a labor camp, was ##. Of 249 Jews enslaved at a camp under Meszaros’ direction, only three survived.

As the result of a quarrel between a policeman and a peddlar, the police have ## Janos Kuroz, one-time guard at the Ravensbrueck concentration camp, who was responsible for the killing of a number of Hungarian Jewish women. After the 50-year-## peddlar was arrested police discovered the initials “S.S.” tattooed on his arm.
