A House Foreign Affairs subcommittee will leave ## Europe August 27 to survey the DP situation and the International Refugee Organigation, it was announced here today.
Headed by James G. Fulton, Republican of Pennsylvania, the committee will in##de Reps. Jacob K. Javits, Republican, and Joseph L. Pfeifer, Democrat, both of New York. Rep. Frank Chelf, Democrat of Kentucky, a member of the House Immigration ##committee, which held hearings during the past session of Congress on admission ## DP’s to the United States, will join the committee in their survey.
