McNarney, United States representative on the United Nations Military Committee and former U.S. commander in Germany, Henry Morgenthau Jr., chairman of the United Jewish Appeal, and Dr. Abba Hillel Silver, chairman of the American Zionist Emergency Council, will be among the principal speakers at the United Palestine Appeal’s forthcoming national conference on Palestine to be held October 11 and 12 in Washington, Dr. Israel Goldstein, U.P.A. national chairman, announced here today.
