Vessels Loading over 10,000 Jews for Voyage to Palestine Delayed at Rumanian Port

Istanbul reports tonight said that the Pan York and the Pan Crescent, 5,000-ton freighters which have been loading in Constanza, to carry more than 10,000 immigrants to Palestine, recently put back to port after making an abortive effort to depart, when it was found that additional repairs were necessary. The reports said that it was not anticipated the vessels would sail for another week or two.
